Month of coordination / Wedding day management

Your initial consultation takes place approximately 8 weeks prior to your wedding day. We will review your vendor contracts and discuss all of the important details, timelines, plans and expectations for your special day. 

To confirm and finalize vendors, timelines and all other pertinent details before your wedding.

Onsite visits to both your ceremony and reception site prior to your wedding to ensure logistics and final details are in line with your vision and plans.

Itinerary will outline all of the scheduling details, contacts/vendors and requests for your wedding day to keep everything flowing smoothly

Onsite coordination of the wedding rehearsal ( if needed) and as the main point of contact manage all aspects of the wedding day (venue set-up, ceremony, reception, vendor management,  guest management etc) 

One assistant is always complimentary, additional assistants (if required) are an additional charge

You will have access to a full emergency kit for any  mishaps or for the last minute tissues you'll need for your wedding ceremony.
